With 25 years of professional experience, Bernard has held several positions within the Philips Group in sales and human resources: HR manager for a complex automotive site, HR Manager for a Business Line, international consultant on leadership and organizational development. In the latter position, he developed managerial development programs and change processes in France and Europe, and designed and deployed training in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

 

He is a certified executive coach at the C&T Transformance coaching school (Vincent Lenhardt) in Paris.

Expert in Appreciative Inquiry, Solution Focus (strengths- and solutions-oriented approaches), Transactional Analysis, Systems.  He trains practitioners at the international level in Appreciative Inquiry in France, UK, South Africa.

 

He is one of the pioneers in Europe on strength-based approaches. He is a member of the European Board of Appreciative Inquiry Practitioners.

 

He has introduced this approach in many French and international companies: BNP Paribas, GSK/ASPEN, Toshiba, Carmignac Gestion, Bongrain/Savencia, Philips, Valéo, EVH etc...

 

He has worked on collectives ranging from 1 to 1500 people using Appreciative Inquiry on topics such as: acquisitions, strategic planning, business turnaround, individual coaching etc.....

He made the first videos in French on appreciative inquiry.

 

He is the author of the Framework "Positive Transformation" and the co-author of the book "AI power 5 : how to unleash the power of Appreciative Inquiry"

 

Today, his mission is to spread this approach within the framework of Turningpoint to all companies, NGOs, Startups...​
